I’m Hannah, she/her.

Welcome, I’m Hannah — a kinesiologist and social worker. Originally from the UK, I now feel grounded and privileged to live on this beautiful land. Uprooting and seeking places and communities where I feel connected has been a strong theme throughout my life, one that continues to evolve as life changes. Along the way, I’ve learnt the value of relationships and the deep need for connection that moves through all of us. These experiences shape me both as a person and a practitioner, giving me a deep understanding of the importance of belonging, trust, and safety within our personal and therapeutic relationships.

My practice is informed by over a decade of experience as a social worker in children’s and community services, family violence, and youth mental health. I have supported children, families, and individuals through some of life’s most complex challenges, and over the years I’ve been privileged to care for clients guided by my intention to hold a safe, attuned, and trauma-informed space for everyone I work with.

When I discovered kinesiology through my own personal experience, I was inspired to learn and begin facilitating it for others. I was intrigued by the depth of understanding that came from working with touch points on the body to access answers that exist beyond the thinking mind. Facilitating the body’s own voice and story, hearing what it needs to de-stress, harmonise, and heal, opened my eyes to this profound and powerful modality. I was drawn to how unique each session is, shaped around the individual’s strengths and personal goals, aligning with my values of supporting people on their journey in a way that brings real and lasting change.

Alongside kinesiology, I draw on therapeutic techniques I’ve trained in, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and childhood trauma frameworks. Sessions often weave together these mental health approaches with the energetic framework of kinesiology, always guided by what is needed for each individual on their path to mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

My clinic supports both children and adults navigating change, grief, trauma, chronic or situational stress and illness, as well as those feeling disconnected from their sense of purpose or self. I work with people who feel stuck, exhausted, or uncertain of the next step, helping them reconnect with themselves and their inner wisdom in a deeper, more embodied way.

I offer a calm and nurturing environment where people feel seen, supported, and gently guided as they navigate transitions, integrate trauma, and strengthen their sense of self. My nature is warm, compassionate, curious, and grounded. I value bringing humour and lightness alongside the heavier moments when they arise.

I know the value of kinesiology as a therapeutic support from my own time as a client on the table. This modality, among others, has been an essential part of my self-care and personal development, supporting me to grow, care for myself, and stay resourced so I can care for others.

If you’d like to know more about my practice, experiences, and approach, and to see if we’re a good fit, I welcome you to get in touch.
